Our school canteen (tuckshop) operates five days a week. It is open before school, at morning break and lunchtime. It is closed at afternoon break. Pre-ordering is encouraged. Students can also pay for the purchases using EFTPOS facility, 'savings' option only.
Our canteen promotes healthy eating and drinking. Menu items are classified as 'red', 'amber' or 'green.' Visit the Ready reckoner of commonly supplied food and drinks for an example of how foods are classified.
At our school, 'red' foods are served on only a few designated days per year. The canteen serves only 'amber' and 'green' items. See our canteen menu (pdf 147kb) here.
